That is completely fine. Our pay-as-you-go option lets you get one-off help without any ongoing commitment. We will give you a clear estimate before we start.

Most issues we solve remotely with no call-out fee. If an onsite visit is needed, we will let you know any travel cost up front — no surprises on your invoice.

On our Business and Premium plans, you can contact us as often as you need for day-to-day IT issues and advice. Large projects (like a new website or office move) are quoted separately so you always know the cost.
